Ruth Napaljarri Stewart is a Yuendumu woman of the Warlpiri language region who has painted with Warlukurlangu Artists (one of the oldest and most successful Aboriginal-owned art centres in Central Australia) since the mid-1980’s. She has also contributed vastly to the Yuendumu community through the years as a health worker and council member.
