Shipping Information
HOTA Shop ships Australia-wide using Australia Post.
Domestic within Australia is charged at the following flat rates
- Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): $15 flat rate
- Express Shipping (Australia-wide): $20 flat rate
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Delivery times
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days. Please allow 3–8 additional business days for standard delivery via Australia Post.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please check your junk mail folder.
A few extra things to know:
- Posters and mounted prints are shipped separately and may arrive on different days.
- Delivery times may be longer during peak periods, such as public holidays or special promotions.
HOTA Shop is not responsible for delays incurred or failure to deliver due to incorrectly supplied contact details, or for failure to collect items from the Post Office.
We are a small, dedicated team, and we work hard to get your order to you securely and on time. If your order hasn't arrived within the stated time frame, contact us at hotashop@experiencegoldcoast.com we’ll do our best to help.
Collection orders
Prefer to pick up your order? Choose 'Pick up' to collect from the HOTA Shop at 135 Bundall Road, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217 during business hours.
You will be notified by email when your order is ready. Please bring the confirmation email and photo ID.
If someone else is collecting on your behalf, let us know in advance and ensure they have the confirmation email.
Orders must be collected within 30 days. After this period, uncollected orders will be cancelled and refunded.
Collection is only available during HOTA Shop opening hours.
