We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive an item that’s damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please get in touch at hotashop@experiencegoldcoast.com so we can arrange a return or replacement.
Once returned and confirmed as faulty or damaged, we’ll repair, replace, or refund the item and cover the reasonable return postage. Please note that change-of-mind returns aren’t accepted, and responsibility for returning any item rests with the customer until it’s received by us.
All returns are handled in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
