Elisha Oatley Escreet established the arts company - Hues of Happy - in 2020. Escreet works and resides between Meanjin (Brisbane) and Bundjalung Country (Gold Coast) in Queensland, Australia. Working in mixed and digital media, Escreet's practice explores colourful characters and satire through pop culture with a cheeky sense of humour, all in the pursuit of happiness.
